From I-90 - West to the Hilliard Road exit:
Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Hilliard Road and continue through two traffic lights. Turn right onto Wooster Road and continue through two traffic lights. The Fairview Hospital Wellness Center is located on the left immediately past Center Ridge Road.

From I-90  - East to the Detroit Road, Rocky River exit:
Turn left onto Detroit Road and continue about a half mile until you reach Wooster Road.  Turn right onto Wooster Road and continue straight through second major intersection at Center Ridge Road. The Fairview Hospital Wellness Center is located on the left immediately past Center Ridge Road.

From I-480 West to Grayton Road exit:
Turn left onto Grayton Road from exit ramp. Turn right onto Puritas and continue through one traffic light until you reach Rocky River Drive. Turn left onto Rocky River Drive and continue to Lorain Road. Turn left onto Lorain Road and go pass Fairview Hospital. Cross over the bridge to the first traffic light and turn right on Story Road. Continue on Story Road until it dead-ends at Wooster Road. Turn right onto Wooster Road. The Fairview Hospital Wellness Center is located on the right immediately after the second traffic light.

From I-480 East to Brookpark/Airport exit:
Turn left onto Brookpark Road from exit ramp. Turn left onto Puritas at first intersection and continue through one traffic light until you reach Rocky River Drive. Turn left onto Rocky River Drive and continue to Lorain Road. Turn left onto Lorain Road and go pass Fairview Hospital. Cross over the bridge to the first traffic light and turn right on Story Road. Continue on Story Road until it dead-ends at Wooster Road. Turn right onto Wooster Road. The Fairview Hospital Wellness Center is located on the right immediately after the second traffic light.

From I-71:
Take I-71 to 480 West. Exit at the Grayton Road exit. Turn left onto Grayton Road from exit ramp. Turn right onto Puritas and continue through one traffic light until you reach Rocky River Drive. Turn left onto Rocky River Drive and continue to Lorain Road. Turn left onto Lorain Road and go pass Fairview Hospital. Cross over the bridge to the first traffic light and turn right on Story Road. Continue on Story Road until it dead-ends at Wooster Road. Turn right onto Wooster Road. The Fairview Hospital Wellness Center is located on the right immediately after the second traffic light.
