Tai Chi Ch’uan is a classical form of Chinese exercise characterized by slow, gentle rhythmic movements of ancient martial arts origin. Graceful movements promote physical fitness, flexibility and general health. Studies have shown that people who do Tai Chi regularly can reduce their risk of falling by one third to one half.
