Our physicians have provided preventive care and medical services to adults and children on Cleveland's West Side since 1976. The Center offers a broad spectrum of primary care-including obstetrics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and behavioral health counseling - to serve the healthcare needs of you and your family. In fact, our staff is trained to provide care for about 90 percent of the medical and emotional problems that your family is likely to experience.
The Center for Family Medicine is the medical office for the Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic Family Practice Residency Program. This residency program has served as the training site for many of the family physicians now practicing in our community.
All of our family physicians are board certified and hold faculty appointment at the CWRU School of Medicine. They also serve as the faculty who oversee all direct patient care provided by our qualified resident physicians.
All of our physicians maintain privileges at Fairview Hospital, which owns and operates the Center for Family Medicine. In addition, all of our hospital care and most ancillary services (x-rays, medical tests, etc.) are provided at Fairview Hospital or one of its convenient outpatient centers.
