• Please don’t give your child anything to eat or drink until the physician has examined him or her.
• If your child is under 8 weeks old and has a fever, please notify the staff immediately.
• If your child has a rash or has been exposed to a communicable disease, please notify the staff immediately.
• Please keep a careful eye on your child for any changes in his or her condition.
• If possible, please bring any pertinent medical information history with you. If a child is currently taking a medication, bring it with you and show it to the physician.
